First, you can post real screen shots for the GUI. That phone picture was just a friendly hint for the VGA console ...
Second, I don't have a clue. If you are using the GUI via igb0/DHCP assigning a static address to a different interface should work. But then I have not used 11.1 for years ...
Try configuring all interfaces via console ...

P.S. your PC of course needs a different address! Like 192.168.22.28 for the FreeNAS and 192.168.22.27 for the PC. And please do not make up random networks. Stick to 192.168.x.y - x must be the same for PC and FreeNAS but different from 178. y must be different for PC and FreeNAS.

Ok, i got all up and running. Had to configure some initial setting to make my network card ( HP NC523SFP) working.

Now i still have a big problem. Everytime i connect to the NAS via the 10Gig link, i can see the folders and the capacity i can open folders but every time i do that too often (like opening 5 folders after and after in like 10 seconds) windows explorer kinda crashes or is not responsible. Same if I try to copy data on the NAS through 10Gig, 50% of the time it crashes and 50% it does copy until the end.
Also the transfer speed is only 100-350Mb/s, even though i copy from an m.2 on the client to the 2ssds in raid 0, which both have a potentual of 10Gbits..
Can amy of you help me?

also i can access the ssd raid on the server through the normal 1gig link on my pc and this gives me absolutely no trouble, 112Mb/s.
I assume that its the network cards on both devices but idk..
Tried cooling them with fans so far, no change..
