Hardware Transcoding with i7-3770, Truecharts Jellyfin, and maybe Intel Arc A380

I have a small media server running on TrueNAS Scale with an Intel Core i7-3770 using 3 4TB Ironwolf drives in RAIDZ1. The CPU can't handle transcoding 4K movies on the fly for watching on a Roku, so I was trying to get the iGPU working with no luck. I broke down and got my hands on an ARC A380 because it's supposed to be a transcoding beast, but it still doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
