Hardware Sanity Check Request

So I'm not cruzing this forum every day but I've seen reports of a NVMe boot drive not being recognized by the bootloader when installing TrueNAS.

Could this have been from trying to boot from NVMe with a very old motherboard (say X8 or something like that)?
There's definitely no problem booting from NVMe on a X11SCH.

For all I can recall, it was someone Windoze computer and maybe they had an add-on M.2 card extender. I do recall it seemed like it was a GRUB issue with TrueNAS Scale, which has likely been fixed.

After a three-week wait for the motherboard, I finally got everything put together and up and running. I've not created any storage pools yet as I'm running a solnet array test. First signs are good though :)
Array's average speed is 242.905 MB/sec per disk

• 6x WD Red Pro 4TB SATA Drives (Storage)
• Pioneer BDR-212DBK, 16x BD-RW Drive

Also a few pics of the build and my crap cable management but it is virtually silent which is what I was shooting for. ;)
