Hardware error during installation

Would anyone know what the issue might be?

I am getting hardware errors during installation of Truenas scale. I tried swapping memory modules but it did not work. Screen just scrolls down with error messages.

Motherboard is ASRock E3C246D4U2-2L2T and processor is Xeon E-2146G

Memory is Kingston 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 DIMM RAM PC4-21300 2Rx8

Is it processor or motherboard or both?
