Hardware Check

I've been reading the forum for the past month and think i have finally got the hardware what I need for it? What is ur idea / opinion below I have the hardware what my price range is around 700 whiteout hdd's I think and I hope it is something good. And I will put some wd red 4tb in the case. I did never used raid before so I will do some tests white it when I got all the hardware.

The ultimate goal of the build:
Back up solution for 2 work stations, and my family's random computers.
File server
Plex (media) Server (transcoding will be required, 2-3persons)
My home is full of cat 6 network cable

RAM: Crucial 2x8gb 1600mhz Ecc
