hard drives spinning down even after I set it back

I was testing HDD spindown and works. Great.
I then set it back to always on, power level 128 (minimum, no standby).

However the drives are still spinning down!!! Even after a reboot.

In the GUI it shows they're set to not spin down.
How the heck do I get out of this situation???

Which version of FreeNAS?

I think I fixed it via manual smartctl setting
