Hard Drives Not Showing in Freenas 10

dell 2950iii
one xeon e5540
32gib of ram
perc6/i raid controller
2 Seagate green hdd 2 Tib
1 wd 150 Gib hdd

Before I am crucified for using a raid controller just know that this is mostly free stuff and is just a home lab. I will setup a legit r710 for production. My issue is that in the installer I see my VDs just fine but after I install Freenas 10 i don't have any drives. any help would be apreciated.

To even make it work you have to set the drives into a raid mode in the controller and then you are asking for problems. Do not use it for real data storage unless you get an appropriate card or hook directly to sata ports on the board.

If any one needs to see what not to do, look right here. My solution is to install vmware exsi 6.5 and use it like that. i am loosing some performance but oh well as long as it works.
