Hard drive help

ugggg... new install. the server has 4 2tb hdd installed. all show up in the bios but only one shows up in truenas ... what am i doing wrong ?

Thats because they aren't plugged into anything.
You have no hardware

Did you install TrueNAS on one hard drive and then that leaves you one hard drive for a vdev? We definitely need your hardware configuration to offer proper help.
