H310 mini flashing to IT Mode - Got Stuck

Hi all

I am trying to flash the H310 mini in a R420 Dell Poweredge to IT mode

I've been using this tutorial:

Here is the procedure to flash your Dell H310 mini to IT mode so you can use it as a FreeNAS HBA.

Issue is I got stuck at step 18:

Also the:

lsiutil/lsiutil -e

does not display anything

Is there someone willing to help me finalize this? Is it ok to reboot this server or it will brick the card in it?

One thought I have is that the firmware cant be opened. Make sure you have the firmware in the /home/ubuntu directory.
