when making na post please include your hardware and freenas version. But try what Gonzalo mentioned and use a new usb flash drive.

Hardware is in my sig but FREENAS ver was in sig was out of date.
I did what Gonzalo suggested and everything is OK now. Had some problems getting the new usb stick to take an install but in the end everything worked.
