Hello everyone!
I currently run a home server that runs Ubuntu Server and I've been looking to do an upgrade on it since right now it isn't exactly all that robust (RAID5 on three disks and running on consumer grade hardware). I've lurked around on this forum and have been browsing the resources here such as the hardware guide PDF and various threads, and I plan on doing as much research as I can before putting together a parts list and verifying my plans on the Will It FreeNAS subforum.
So far I've seen a lot of great help from people here for people asking questions, so hopefully the same will happen for me once I finally post some questions :)
