Hello all,
After suffering a failed ethernet port on my Seagate Central NAS, I'm looking to upgrade to something more robust. A coworker suggested FreeNAS and I like what I've heard from him and what I've read on here. I've been reading countless threads on here for the past week trying to inform myself as much as possible before registering for an account so I ask as few dumb questions as possible. Once I figure out how to recover my Seagate Central, I will start putting together a FreeNAS box. I look forward to interacting with you.
