GPU no longer available to apps

So I was able to use my Geforce GTX 1080 for Plex(TRUENAS charts) for trans-coding without any issues a couple months ago. I recently noticed that the GPU is nolonger being used by Plex and when I looked at GPU resources its blank, no selection menu. I've check and the host has the drivers installed and running, smi reports correctly and docker images tab shows nvidia/k8s-device-plugin:v0.10.0 2021-11-09 11:29:00 130.05 MiB Up to date . But if i run k3s kubectl get pod -A | grep nvidia I get kube-system nvidia-device-plugin-daemonset-jj465 0/1 CrashLoopBackOff 3 (50s ago) 72s.

So I'm stuck there not really sure what to do about this.
