Hi All
I have setup a dataset that is used for backup from my Synology box. It has user set to "synology" (I don't know how this page works yet, I assume this means that synology owns this dataset) and group set to "wheel". Backup (through an rsync module) works fine.
I have also setup an SMB share that points to this dataset. I can see the contents and create and remove files but I cannot remove anything that is owned by synology.
The files in the dataset and owned by the user synology and the group wheel. I am a member of wheel but I am unable to delete files creaeted by synology...
I have no idea if I need to modify my user permissions, the share permissions or the dataset permissions...
Basically I want synology to be able to create / delete through the rsync module but I want super user rights to be able to do everything!
Thanks
