general configuration as backup for a PC (using TODO)

Hallo,
I have installed the OS,but now need to know what I have to configure for a single user PC which will use todo backup without any action by the PC user,(who knows even less than I do about freeNAS)
The user is a win7 ultimate with ethernet cable to the router/hub
I need to know how I setup the firewall,can this be imported??
using something like ZA free??
what are the minimal settings for this arrangement please

What?

If you have a firewall on the client you need to know what it is and how it is configured before anyone can give you any guesses. I don't really know what it is you are asking, but just set up anonymous access and map the client to it. What does ZA free have to do with anything?
