GCP Cloud DNS ACME certificate support

I just created a suggestion in JIRA for adding support for generating Let's Encrypt ACME certificates for domains hosted on Google Cloud Compute (GCP) DNS nameservers. Please vote for this suggestion if it's something you would like too.
