FTP with Multiple Users going to different DIRs.

Just wondering if there is a way to change the directories certain users see when they FTP in. Like Admin could see everything but "User" could only see a select few folders that I customize. As far as I can tell this not possible, I might just end up running Filezilla instead but trying to avoid another service running :). I have messed with this for hours with no luck, it seems no matter what the user is sent to their home DIR but that doesnt really work unless I could get shortcuts to work and put them in their homedir to the folders I want to give them access to? Symbolic links?
