Hi all,
as per title, I just fineshed to fresh install FN 11.2 and configure again everything from scratch (I had to do this because i had some troubles with my old config file and I couldn't access anymore my NAS via FTP client "Filezilla").
Everything now seems to work fine, and even FTP now works again. The only trouble i have now, is that via Filezilla, I'm not able to change permissions to some files/folders even if I log in as a root, while before I was. This happens just with my "MEDIA" dataset, even if the owner is set to "root"...any ideas?
Thanks

It's the dataset type. A "restricted" (or Windows) dataset type will not allow chmod to be run. You need to use setfacl instead.

First of all, thanks for answering and helping.
I was really sure it was a unix dataset, but after your post i double checked again...I don't know why, but it ended up that just that dataset was set for windows!
Now it works again, thanks!
