Built the iso as instructions stated.
Putting on a Dell R620
Have 2 -300GB SAS drives mirrored as my OS drives.
After doing install it reboots and states it can not find any boot drives.

Sounds like a BIOS / UEFI issue to me...
Try adjusting the boot settings to see if you can boot in UEFI.

When installing from ISO or USB, be sure to select the non-UEFI boot menu item (if you want to boot in BIOS mode after installation). You should see 2 entries in the boot menu, and in my experience the UEFI one is typically listed before the legacy bios version.

I adjusted it to UEFI late last night and was able to boot. I made sure all selections were for BIOS , Now it boots up and everything is running , it wasn't seeing the drives on the RAID controller until I made each drive a RAID0 and then added them to the pool. Still working through getting things setup. Thanks for feedback.

You shouldn't use a RAID controller. You will probably have to get an LSI card and crossflash it to IT mode.

It would be a good idea if you included more details about your system and how it is connected.
I had a similar issue and it was because I hadn't flashed a boot rom to my HBA. Instructions for crossflashing here.
