Fresh Install 13.0 decryption failed or bad record mac

I have freshly installed True NAS Core 13.0-U2. I am getting the following error if I try to install Plex Media Server plugin or create a new Jail

Error: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2638)

Intel Xeon CPU E3 - 1230 v5 @ 3.4 ghz.
8 GB USB stick for bootdrive
1 x samsung 500 gb ssd.
2 x seagate ironwolf 4tb sata hdd.
16 gb ram

Nope. Could not find anything on this.

Try use http:// instead of https:// to access the dashboard, I had the same prompt when using https, it worked after changing to http.
