Freeze during boot

Hello,
after updating from the latest version of bluefin to Cobia, i get stuck during startup at the step you see in the screenshot. Completely frozen ( the timer doesn't go on anymore). I've tried multiple reinstalls with no success.
I have a Supermicro X10SDVF-8C.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It seems it has something to do with my pool.
A week ago my truenas core deployment, stopped booting. I suspected it was a dying motherboard which i replaced but, with no luck. It would go in a boot loop until i did a fresh install.
After re-installing core, any attempt to import the existing pool would reproduce the previously mentioned issue.
I can import the pool using Bluefin.
I cannot import the pool in Cobia.

I'm lost to say the least: I'm attaching the status of the pool. I've ran a scrub in Bluefin with no errors.

This is what happens if i try to import in Core.
I tried following this guide with no success.

i have same problem, was the mtu i put 9k then i put 1500 and problem resolve
