FreeNAS9.10.2-U2 lists a downgrade in the Update tab.

I found something similar to this but the posts were quite old..so let's do it again
I am running FreeNAS9.10.2-U2 with 9.10-Stable set as a train.
I am being offered this as a pending upgrade :

While odd, this apparantly works as expected: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/22811#change-121007.

Can concur, this is normal for a freshly installed system.

So do I install it to "regularise" my server or not ?

You can do one of two things, ignore it and wait for the next update or install it. Installing it won't actually do anything, it will however clear the update notification.
