FreeNAS won't boot (drops to db prompt) after MB replacement (C2750D4I)

Hi,
My ASRock C2750D4I Motherboard died and I got replacement from nice folk at ASRock.

After plugging 4 drives back and one RAM module FreeNAS 11.2 won't boot. It drops to db prompt. I attached boot screen

What might have caused it?

What trouble shooting did you try so far?
I would consider re installing freenas in case the boot drive got corrupted.
