FreeNAS wont boot after few restarts

FreeNAS wont boot after few restarts. Is there a way to fix this?

Its now working. The question is how long. I moved from BIOS to UEFI. After that I inserted the FreeNAS Installation CD and performed a upgrade with remove all partitions and keep config.
