Hi guys,
I am new to the forum and saw some archived threats about FreeNAS not boot properly after the upgrade. I did find the "solution" to roll back using an old boot environment. However, my (PS2) keyboard is not working during the FreeNAS boot menu (works in BIOS and few seconds after the timer is running out and FreeNAS is booting with option 1).
What I tried so far
- re plugins loading freeze: "freenas-update update" will not work as somehow even with my network scanner is able to find the server, FreeNAS is not able to find the update website
- re keyboard: using an old USB to PS2 converter yields the same outcome (not recognized during the FreeNAS boot selection
Anything I can do to a) roll-back (solution to the keyboard issue) or b) start an upgrade locally (without erasing my current HDD)?
Help is much appreciated!
Best regards
Chris
