FreeNAS stops sending/receiving data from Proxmox NFS

Hello,

I'm trying out FreeNAS to host our VMs on it through NFS. Here is the components details :

• Motherboard make and model
  • Dell R640
• CPU make and model
  • Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4210 CPU @ 2.20GHz
• RAM quantity
  • 128 GB
• Hard drives, quantity, model numbers, and RAID configuration, including boot drives
  • 8 SSD (2 for FreeNAS, RAID1, 6 configured as RAID-Z2 for the data) Micron 5100 Max
• Hard disk controllers
  • PERC H730P Mini (Embedded) firmware version 25.5.6.0009 (HBA mode)
• Network cards
  • NetXtreme E-Series Advanced Dual-port 10Gb SFP+ Ethernet Network Daughter Card

Things were going well at the beginning, however after few hours of usage, all disks are at 100% of their usage and this led to being not accessible to the proxmox until it finishes its jobs... which is a vicious circle because of course Proxmox tries to catch up his work.

Would there any tips you would recommend in this case (except changing the RAID type and disks... if possible).
