I deleted a dataset that had some old windows backups on it. It stopped responding right after that.

I tried rebooting this morning and it won't come up. The last line i see during boot before it stops responding is this "net.inet.tcp.sendbuf_max 2097152 - 2097152"

My first thought is that one of my L2ARC or ZIL ssd's died.

I'm asking for help but I don't know what logs you need to see, or how to get them since it won't boot.

Please help!

I installed FREENAS 9.3 on a new drive and booted off of that. Both pools imported just fine, it took a long time but they imported.

Can i take a backup configuration from FREENAS 9.2 and restore it on FREENAS 9.3?

You can try though your luck will vary depending upon the config. Be prepared to recreate any configs that don't work cleanly.
