freenas smb strange filename

Am currency running FreeNAS® 8.3.1-RELEASE on Intel Xeon e1230 v2
with 8 * 3 TB in Raid-z2

running 3 sharing service : 1.AFP 2.SMB 3.FTP

everythings work fine except SMB on windows
SMB on windows seem like it shown up some strange filename

Here are Windows 2008 access Freenas Via SMB
directory name should be start with 2-3 number dash then it names
but as you can see some of them directory name become strange filename

here are ssh access on freenas ls file in same directory

Access freenas on OSX via FTP,SMB,AFP work fine with correct filename
Access freenas on Windows(7,2003,2008) via FTP workfine with correct filename
Access freenas on Windows(7,2003,2008) via SMB workfine with incorrect filename

Any idea what going on ?
already tried on different encoding on CIFS(SMB) setting but no luck :(

I don't have any direct advice regarding the folder names, but I see two possible problems:
- Your FreeNAS is severely outdated, you should update to the current release (9.2.1.7), which also comes with a more up-to-date Samba implementation
- As per FreeNAS manual it is not recommended to share the same dataset via multiple services: http://sphinx.freenas.org/freenas.html#document-freenas_sharing
