FreeNAS not recognizing 1 HDD (of 10).

Today afternoon I was copuing some files from one of my Frrenas volumes using mapped drive on Windows 11.
After copying I was going to copy from an other volume on my Freenas, but out of the blue all my mapped Freenas volumes "disappears" in Windows Explorer.

I opened the Freenas GUI in my browser and saw the following ->
Alerts: Pool vol2 state is OFFLINE: None (Pool vol2 consist of two ada hdd drives (stripe)).

Under Storage/Pools vol2 says OFFLINE with opportunity to EXPORT/DISCONNECT.
Under Storage/Disks ada6 says N/A (under Pool) - the other part of pool vol2 (ada9) isn't listed.

ada9 IS present in BIOS.

Freenas do NOT "see" ada9 at all;
using Shell/zpool status: there is NO vol2
using Shell/camcontrol devlist: there is NO ada9
using Shell/geom disk list: there is NO ada9 (using hhd serial number as check/confirmation)

Have rebooted Freenas multible times, still missing the 10th disk.
Have shutdown Freenas multible times, no luck..

Have swapped power cables/SATA cables with the 9 other hdd disks inside my Freenas;
all the other 9 disks is showing up in Freenas, the 10th not, still all 10 disks is showing up in BIOS.

What next?

I think, with no more data, ada9 has failed, despite being visible in BIOS. My suggestion is to replace ada9. You could try putting ada9 in another system & seeing if anything can see it (e.g., disk diagnostic sw. AFAIK, with a failed disk in a stripe, the pool cannot be recovered, so I expect you'll be creating a new pool & copying the data to it. Good luck.
