Freenas newbie: error messages

Hi all,

lately i found these error messages:

freenas smartd[2874]: device: /dev/ada1, 12 Curretly uncorrectable (pending) sectors
freenas smartd[2874]: device: /dev/ada1, 14 Offline uncorrectable sectors

Any suggestion is welcome

Short answer, that drive is either going bad or has already failed. It needs to be replaced.

For a more concise response, please post system specs as well as output of smartctl -a /dev/ada1 in code tags.
