Help.

I'm brand new to Freenas.
I have a made a server, and it has the latest freenas running. 4 x 3TB disk setup with raidZ2.
I have been able to make a share to my self. But what i also want (I have 3 kids) is to be able to setup a new share, that they can read files from but I can do everything else. And another one that my son (Tom can Read, Write Execute and that i can do the same on his share.
