Hello everyone!

The current project that I am working on is a freenas server that can be accessed by both wireless and lan, however our countries isp is greedy thus only having 1 gigabit lan port working on the default router. Will this network setup of mine work?

Default Isp Router -> Asus RT-AC53 -> TP-Link TL-SG108 -> <- Freenas server/pc's

or will this be better?

Default ISP Router -> TP-Link TL-SG108 <- Freenas server/pc's

With the second set-up, would i be able to access the server wireless and through lan? Do I really need a secondary router connecting to the ISP router? I really don't have any clue here.
Thank you so much

unless your ISP's router has wireless built into it .. you will need your own wireless router for your wireless devices to access your network

In short, I could still access my server (connected to switch) by wifi through my isp’s router, am i right?

anything on your network should see your server just fine

hello
Default ISP Router -> TP-Link TL-SG108 <- Freenas server/pc's
Asus RT-AC53 -> TP-Link TL-SG108
I mean everything in switch
Asus RT-AC53 can/must be set in Access Point mode to have 1 network wired/wireless
after that all your device can comunicate
