FreeNAS locked at boot in ESXi Server

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if someone else would had been the same, I installed freenas 3 in an ESX 5.1 server, and not just go all that well, when you reboot the machine is it is locked in the boot, having to reset it a few times to initiate,

To the OP - does it hang on a restart at a HPET frequency stage? And only on a restart, not a cold shutdown, and startup?

If so, I had the same problem myself (I also have an ESXi 5.1.x box) ran into during the beta. It was discussed in the beta section of the forum and is gone now. As I recall, another user reported that it was working correctly on ESXi 5.5u1. I plan to upgrade my box to at least ESXi 5.5u2 on the near future.

I also habe a test ox running und er ESXi 5.5u1.UT keeps hanging right fter the GRUB menu but before the HPET part
