Hi,

Please can someone advise of why i keep getting the following message via email

> arp: 192.168.1.189 moved from mac-old to mac-new on epair0b
> arp: 192.168.1.189 moved from mac-new to mac-old on epair0b

> arp: 192.168.1.189 moved from mac-old to mac-new on re0

the ip address is for my av amp and has not changed mac-address (but i did change ip from 188 to 189) so not sure why freenas is reporting it is.

It's either because an Apple device is taking over as a proxy for another device that is going to sleep (see this post), or one of these other reasons which may or not be ignorable.

i'm an idiot - rechecked the mac on my av amp and had put the last setting into my arp list on router incorrectly - thus reason why seeing that

used this site to help confirm device and both mac's reported to be from Onkyo

update: even though i have reset the ip and mac address correctly on my router arp, freenas is still reporting the same message
