I'm running on RAIDZ2.
I had 9.3 since I made the server, and my usb got fried, so I've decided to do a fresh install of the new update 11.3 into a SSD. After installation, several issues:

1. I'm not able to pull the old config from the usb drive, I did save the config, but whenever I tried to upload the config. I kept getting an error message " [EFAULT] The uploaded file is not vali: no such table: django_migrations".
2. I have 5x 5tb + 1x 120 SSD for the install. but when I go in the disk list. I can only see the Kingston SSD drive + 3x WD HDD. I checked all sata cables, they are plugged in.

How do I upload the old config? If not, How do I recover configuration/pool without the old config?

I'm just a beginner and I don't know anything about scripting.

I think you will have to follow the upgrade path through the different versions to update the config DB for each change.

Not sure on why 2 of the disks yould have vanished

My guess : you should have installed 9.3, upload the config file then import the failing pool.
Okay I did that and reinstall the 9.3, now I have the same with viewing disk. The system says one of my HDD is degrading, but it's not showing on the list of disk. is that mean, I just need to search for the HDD that is NOT on the list and that's the one that needs to be replace?

CLI maybe more useful :
zpool status -v
camcontrol devlist
