freenas error on boot up

Guys I'm new to Freenas whenever my system boots up it throws Geomi: ad0 corrupt or invalid this is also a clean install of Freenas. I would like to ask has anyone here seen this and if so is there a resolution?

What kind of device are you booting from and how big is it? How did you install to that device?

I'm booting off of a 160 gig wd drive thats connected to an on board sata port my data drives are using a LSI SAS 9211-8I running in IT mode.
