Hi folks,

We have completed our bug tracker migration from Trac to Redmine.
Thanks for your patience and support.

Please access the new http://support.freenas.org page, which has
links to the new bug tracker, plus helpful links to the forums, videos, and documentation.

If you have any problems with the new bug tracker, let us know, either on the forums,
or directly via e-mail at bugs-admin@ixsystems.com

I see one minor issue with the migration. It looks like the comments that were imported are listed in the wrong order with the most recent at the top. Comments that are added now place the newest comment at the bottom. It's minor (not worth trying to fix?), but it can lead to some interesting results: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/1046 (sorry for the "test" comment)

@fracai: That's an interesting discovery. Thanks for reporting it.
Unfortunately, I don't think we can fix this because this is a property of the
migrate_from_trac.rake script included in the Redmine distribution. :(
Hopefully new tickets will be OK.

Also, thanks for testing the Redmine mobile app integration. I just tried RedminePM now on
my Android phone and it worked. Very cool!

You can reverse the comment order in your account settings.
Look at the example that I linked. The order of posts goes: 3 months ago, 11 months ago, 3 hours ago. That can't be fixed by reversing the order.

Again, it's not a big deal, just could be mildly confusing if someone tries to follow a long conversation. And, it's not a problem for new comments, just bugs that get new comments when existing comments are present.

I never received an email like that, but I also reset my password on the Redmine tracker before the "migration complete" message went up. Maybe just try resetting your password?

I just logged in and it wouldn't let me in. I had to do a password reset.

I didn't get an email either. I had to do the lost password from the webpage.

Heh, I just got my activation email. It does say that it was sent two days ago. Must have been held up somewhere.

@fracai: There were close to 2000 activation e-mails sent out,
and some of the activiation mails got stuck in one of our mail queues.

Sorry for the delay, and thanks for your patience during the transition.
