FreeNAS Boot Drive problem - Replace the drive?

Hi,

I have two USB drives as my boot drives. I received this error below. Should I do a Zpoolclear? What is the proper way to do it from shell?

I would replace the fail(ed)(ing) one. You can do from the GUI.

I am not entirely sure how to tell which one is the damaged drive. How do i replace the damaged drive?
