Hi guys,

I've very recently finished building a freenas for my home network (build specs below). Last night whist performing an over night backup I got an auto email with a kernel log message (also below).

Can any one help with explaining this message to me?

I'm not sure if this message is to worry about or not. Some help would be appreciated.

Yeah, don't worry. This kind of mail is to warn you that the server has rebooted in the last 24 hours, actually it's just the end (or the start, or whatever...) of the log.
