FreeNAS 9.2.1.6 cifs won´t start

Okey, i suppose no developer has noticed this sense it still doesn´t work.

I had to ssh in to my FreeNAS and change permission on /var/db/samba4 to 755 to get it to start.

Did you make changes to samba's configuration via SSH and then attempt to start it via GUI? I had no issues with samba when upgrading.. I didn't disable the services however..

No, fresh install. First thing i did was a nfs share (worked fine) second thing was a cifs share, didn't start.

I did some research on the mighty googlemachine and it seems like more people had the same issue, if they were on the same version as me, i dont know.

Anyhow. Now it's out there. Minor problem ...

Is there a ticket for this at bugs.freenas.org? If not, the devs have no idea the bug exists...
