FreeNAS-9.2.1.3-RELEASE-x64 (dc0c46b) Plugins switch not available

Hi folks,
I actually made a fresh installation (before it was v9.1.1) and made an auto volume import.
Everything is fine, my datasets are all available.

BUT....
I cannot install any plugins. The point is that under services the point PLUGINS is not there.

It's missing.

I have access to the list where I can choose the plugins I want to install and that looks all fine, afaik, but as I said, the general switch to enable plugins is missing.

It's a german installation.

So why happend that?
What can I do?

btw, the signature is up to date.

The plugin switch hasn't existed there in.. years???

The plugins jails are accessible from the jails button. From there you can start and stop the jail. See the manual for how to actually start and stop the jails. ;)
