Freenas 8.3 Rsync missbehaviour

Hello All,

I have a main Freenas box that I am trying to backup to a second freenas box using rsync. When ever the rsync task starts on the push box it breaks the network connection on the second box and the only way I can get the connection back is to restart the second box.

My Setup

Main Box:
Xeon
16GB Ram
6x 2TB HDD - Raidz2
PCIe Intel Quad Port GB Nic configured as Lagg0

Switch:
dlink dsg-1210-16

Second Freenas box
Core i5
8GB Ram
Onboard Intel GB Nic
Single 3TB drive in ZFS

Please help as I desperately need to back up my array :(

N.B. This exact setup was working fine on Freenas 8.0.2. I did a fresh install and reconfigured manually. Both systems work fine when Rsync is disabled.

Do you get a panic on the second box or something?
