Freenas 8.0.4 How do I set NIC speed (lockdown to 1000mb duplex)

How do I set the basic nic speed (1000mb full duplex) in Freenas 8.0.4. In the previous version you could set in the web interface window. On the new version either its not there or I am overlooking.
