FreeNAS 11 and iocage-style plugins: pkg repo?

I'm not using the plugin. Before I switched to 11.2 it seems like the plex-pass version always matched regular. But, now I am getting this:

root@plex:~ # pkg search plexmediaserver
plexmediaserver-1.13.9.5456 Plex Media Server component
plexmediaserver-plexpass-1.13.9.5439 Plex Media Server component

I checked FreeBSD.conf as described in this thread and it already lists the repo the same way. So, now I'm wondering if this really is the latest and plex-pass is behind or if something is up that I need to change?
