FreeNAS 11.2 upgrade failed

Upgrade from 11.1U6 to 11.2 failed, could be something related to Python.
Could anyone help? Thanks

OH lord in heaven.

You're not doing hardware raid are you?!?!?!?!?!

Also, no matter what, the P420 is very poor for FreeNAS. You can search for it in our forum and you'll see that it is a bad match for FreeNAS, since no one can ever really get it to passthrough/JBOD in the right way.

That's correct, but not done by me.
However, the problem I'm facing is not related to the hardware, or initial RAID config, right?
I suppose that's something related to Python
