FreeNAS 11.1 not booting on Dell PowerEdge R230

Just brought PowerEdge R230 for my Data Server but it can't boot i don't know why. I try this USB on other box the Optiplex 3020 and it works perfect i can install. Is there any tweak i need to do? Please help...

Is you can't boot the installer you have other problems most likely. What you tried changing the bios setting and/or factory resetting the bios? What hdd controller are you using?

A r230 is a really strange machine to use. It's only 1u.

I try first ACHI not working and now i try RAID not working i install SATA for the secondary drive. First drive is SAS.

You do not want raid you shouldn't run raid with zfs. Does your system boot normal freebsd?

Thank You so much SweetAndLow for USB no success can't boot but in CD/DVD works like a charm... I don't know whats the problem even other operating system does'tn boot on USB.
