FreeBSD Plexserver-plexpass stuck on 1.13

Hi,

I am trying to get a jail to update to plex 1.14 the same way I've done for a long long time:

pkG update
pkg upgrade
service -R

My server is not a plugin and was a standard jail that installed the port: https://www.freshports.org/multimedia/plexmediaserver-plexpass/

I can't figure out why it's not pulling the 1.14 version. I've "-f" the update and that made no difference. the version it's stuck on is: 1.13.9.5439

Anyone else having the same problem?

SOLVED:

for anyone looking for the solution like I have been for a while:

https://wiki.freebsd.org/Ports/QuarterlyBranch

change to the latest branch and it will update
