Suggest moving Menu 8) Reset to Factory Default away from 9) shell menu.
This may sound trivial and yes I'm and idiot. I needed to get into the shell and I hit options 8 instead of 9. I know a confirmation yes/no question comes up but I was tired and so use to answering yes when I ssh into a new system, I did not even think about it twice. I just typed "yes" hit return and then I realized what I had just did. The good news is I did have a backup of the config saved and was able to get back up with some time and minimal issues.
Not sure what you can do, just thought I would share my story and make a suggestion.
Current
