Folder in freenas is missing

Hi Everyone,

I'm newbie here, I'm using FreeNas -11.3-U5 version, My folder in freenas was missing or can't show the folder however when I check the storage > pools > check the folder name. The used and available is still the same meaning there still file or stored in the folder but the problem is its empty or no folder found...How can I retrieve or show the folder?
