FN8.2-p1-x64: problem w/ group names contain german umlaute

Using WebGui, I can create a group w/ german umlaute in it's name (or some other non ascci chars). Hoever, when trying to assign permissions or attempting to delete this group WebGui shows a django exception stating that the special character(s) cannot properly be encoded.

I've search the TRAC repository but could not find any filed bug.
